Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: A 35% refund is available on VIP tier and 55% on Premium tier if no results are seen, covering materials and part of the time invested. Refunds are only for full-priced services, not discounted ones. Process: Duration: 90 days of spell and prayer work. After 45 days with no movement (contact, omens, etc.), you may request a free re-cast. After 90 days, you can request either a re-cast or refund. No Refunds If: We are sorry but if you have not acquired a consultation prior to service there is no satisfaction guarantee. Instructions in the Client Pack aren’t followed. Doubt or skepticism is expressed. Inaccurate information is provided or po poorly communicated. Appointments are canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours'l notice.
