All information pertaining to the client and their target will be kept strictly confidential and will not be identifiable in any promotional content.

  • Legal Basis for Processing: Performance of a contract (for orders), legitimate interests (customer support, fraud prevention), and legal obligations. We never use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We use "Cookies," "log files," "web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" to collect Device Information.

11. Client Responsibility for Confidentiality

We advise all clients to follow the "4th pillar: to keep silent." Refrain from discussing ritual details, intentions, and results with others, including friends, family, or social media. Disclosing such information can weaken or disrupt the work performed.

12. Proof of Work Policy

Proof that your specific ritual or service has been completed can be provided upon request only after your booking has been successfully scheduled and completed. The form of proof will be agreed upon based on the nature of the service provided. Due to our confidentiality policy, we cannot share proof, evidence, or testimonials from services performed for other clients.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links

Our website may link to third-party websites, such as Trustlink for client reviews. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage clients to review third-party privacy policies before engaging with their services.

14. Legal Disclosure

We may be legally required to disclose certain personal information in cases involving legal proceedings, court orders, or government investigations10. If such disclosure is necessary, only the minimum required information will be shared.

Sharing or providing any information, personal or otherwise, that may be damaging to SCG Witchery or its representatives, including but not limited to causing another person who has used these services harm or an unpleasant experience thereafter or during, will be punishable by law.

All those who use these services agree to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
