Policy Update: Satisfaction Guarantee Changes Effective March 17, 2025 After careful consideration and over 30 years of magical practice, we are implementing an important policy update regarding our satisfaction guarantee. Existing clients (before March 12, 2025) who meet all criteria will still be eligible for the previous guarantee terms. New services (from March 17, 2025) will no longer include a satisfaction guarantee.
