After careful consideration and 30+ years of magical practice, we're implementing an important policy update regarding our satisfaction guarantee.

• Existing clients (before March 12, 2025) who meet all criteria will still be eligible for the previous guarantee terms.

• New services (from March 17, 2025) will no longer include a satisfaction guarantee.
